Ecombox is a seller intelligence platform that helps Indian ecommerce sellers analyse sales data, diagnose SKU issues, track pending payments, and plan inventory. The platform is owned and operated by KV Enterprises (126, Block B, Hardevpuri, Shahdara, Delhi – 110093).

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kventerprises98@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain full ownership of the Amazon seller reports and data you upload to Ecombox. By uploading, you grant KV Enterprises a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell, license, or disclose your seller data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Use automated means to access the platform at a rate that disrupts service for others.

The Ecombox platform, its software, design, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of KV Enterprises. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our IP beyond what is necessary to use the service.

Subscription fees (when introduced) are stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid subscription, email us at kventerprises98@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our refund policy, without prior notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the insights provided are accurate enough for financial decision-making without independent verification. You use the platform at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KV Enterprises's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
