Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Ecombox for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email kventerprises98@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Ecombox account.
- That's it. No need to justify or explain.
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the date your paid subscription started.
- Ecombox offers one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund and re-subscribed, a second refund will not be issued.
- Refunds are available only on subscription fees paid directly to Ecombox. We cannot refund charges made by third-party payment processors or banks.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — before or after the 30-day window. Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel after 30 days, the current billing period's fee is non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the period.
To cancel, email kventerprises98@gmail.com or use the account settings in the app (once self-serve cancellation is available).
Free trial
If you are on a free trial period, no charges apply and no refund is necessary. Simply stop using the service or contact us to close your account.
