Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Ecombox for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email kventerprises98@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Ecombox account.
  3. That's it. No need to justify or explain.

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the date your paid subscription started.
  • Ecombox offers one refund per customer. If you have previously received a refund and re-subscribed, a second refund will not be issued.
  • Refunds are available only on subscription fees paid directly to Ecombox. We cannot refund charges made by third-party payment processors or banks.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — before or after the 30-day window. Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel after 30 days, the current billing period's fee is non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the period.

To cancel, email kventerprises98@gmail.com or use the account settings in the app (once self-serve cancellation is available).

Free trial

If you are on a free trial period, no charges apply and no refund is necessary. Simply stop using the service or contact us to close your account.
