What is Ecombox?

Ecombox is an ecommerce seller intelligence platform for Indian sellers. It connects your Amazon reports (settlement, MTR, inventory ledger, business report) and turns them into actionable dashboards — pending payment tracking, SKU health cards, profitability per SKU, warehouse stock planning, and AI-generated listing copy.

Which marketplaces does Ecombox support right now?

Amazon India is fully supported today. Flipkart and Meesho support is on the roadmap.

How do I get started?

Sign up at ecombox.in/login, create your workspace, and upload your Amazon reports (MTR B2C/B2B, Settlement files, Inventory Ledger, Business Report) from Seller Central. Most sellers are up and running in under 15 minutes.

Do I need to upload my Amazon reports manually?

Yes, for now. You download your reports from Amazon Seller Central and upload them to Ecombox in the Data Management section. Direct SP-API integration (automatic sync) is on the roadmap.

Is my data secure? Where is it stored?

Yes. All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in Mumbai (ap-south-1) — entirely within India. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your seller data with third parties or use it to train AI models.

How is Ecombox different from Amazon Seller Central's own dashboards?

Seller Central shows individual reports in silos. Ecombox connects them: it cross-references your settlement data with MTR to detect pending payments, calculates true profit per SKU including MFG cost, detects missed interstate demand from customer shipments, and shows you what's actually causing margin loss — not just raw numbers.

What does Ecombox cost?

Is there a free trial?

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Admins can invite teammates from the Team settings page. Invited members join your workspace and see the same dashboards. Admin roles can manage data uploads and settings; member roles have read-only access.

Does Ecombox work for B2B (Amazon Business) sellers?

Yes. Ecombox handles both MTR B2C and MTR B2B reports and shows separate metrics for each channel on the pending payments and profitability pages.
